MARK: Hey, it's Mark! I wanted to show you

a static stretching routine


you can do on your own, and it's all

gonna be done on the floor.


I'm gonna show you another video,

of a stretching routine you can do


on your feet, but this one's gonna

be on the floor,


and there're gonna be a handful of

exercises that I really like


I mean there are probably 50 or a 100

different flexible exercises you can do.


I think this routine kinda hits most muscles

and it's really effective.
